Handle Unexpected Situations

If you encounter issues like running out of gas, a flat tire, or a mechanical breakdown, use the app’s pause feature to alert the passenger and our support team. Never force a passenger to cancel the trip; instead, seek assistance through the platform.

Feedback and Reporting

Encourage passengers to leave honest reviews about their experience. Negative feedback is not a personal attack but an opportunity for growth and improvement. Report any inappropriate behavior from passengers promptly, and keep your vehicle clean and well-maintained to ensure positive reviews.
